We are Greg and Amanda from Rockwall, TX.

We started the the Gws Land Company in June of 2016. Our company specializes in purchasing vacant land below market value, and passing  the discounted price to our buyers. Unlike a real estate agent who acts as a “middleman” in the Buy/Sell process, we own the property that we sell.  This means that our buyers will deal directly with the property owners.
